what's the meaning of SVf_FAKE ?

In reading some XS, SVf_FAKE confused me, what's on earth this flag meaning
for ?

"glob or lexical is just copy" is the key, but I don't understand it very
much.

Anybody can show me some code about SVf_FAKE ?

It seems to me it is only for the Perl internals? But maybe I am wrong?
I only see this in D:\Perl\lib\CORE\sv.h.
